CATA Phone Survey - FYI

The survey will be conducted by telephone and will run for the four day period beginning on Thursday November 13th and ending Sunday November 16th.  This survey is a sanctioned CATA outreach effort. As part of the Strategic Planning effort, the study team will be conducting a survey with members of the community.
This survey will be a statistically valid sample of Central Arkansas’ voters and help us with the following:
  • The relative importance voters place on a handful of issues
  • Voter perceptions on how much transit affects/can impact those issues
  • Awareness and perception of CATA
  • Importance of different aspects of transit service
  • Early read on willingness to support transit with tax dollars.

The City of Maumelle collects a fee of $6 per month to offset the cost of police and fire protection and street lighting. We also charge $15.50 per month plus tax for garbage collection. These fees are charged quarterly in the months of March, June, September, and December.  These bills are due on the 25th of the months in which we bill.
