The Maumelle City Council is accepting resumes from residents in Ward 4 interested in service on the Maumelle City Council.
An appointment will be made to Ward 4 Position 1, to complete a four-year term ending December 31, 2016.
Applicants must reside in Ward 4 and be a qualified elector.
Resumes should be submitted to the City Clerk/Treasurer’s Office, 550 Edgewood Drive, Suite 590, Maumelle, Arkansas 72113 no later than 4:00 p.m., December 30, 2014.
Applicants will be interviewed by the City Council at the regular City Council meeting January 5, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
An appointment is expected to be made following the interviews.

City Offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, December 24 & Christmas Day, December 25.
The City of Maumelle collects a fee of $6 per month to offset the cost of police and fire protection and street lighting. We also charge $15.50 per month plus tax for garbage collection. These fees are charged quarterly in the months of March, June, September, and December. These bills are due on the 25th of the months in which we bill. If you received a blue reminder notice this week, it is because your payment due on September 25, 2014 has not been received. If you have received this notice in error, please feel free to call Accounting at 501-851-2500. We appreciate your cooperation in our efforts to improve our communications.
