Maumelle Center On The Lake is available for facility rentals Friday-Sunday. The Center offers 16,060 square feet for a maximum occupancy of 320 people. A beautiful facility to host a family reunion, company party, bridal/baby shower reception and more!
Maumelle Residents receive a discount off the rental rate!! At Maumelle Center On The Lake you can select the time block and choose the time you need. It’s as simple as that. Our time blocks are flexible, customizable and straightforward. We take pride in our affordability. You can rent the entire facility or pick your rooms. Rental rate is the same.
Rates
- Refundable deposit: $500.00-after event, provided no damage is
incurred. - Rental Rate:$800.00-non-resident
- $650.00-Maumelle resident
- $300.00-setup/cleanup fee
- $40.00-hourly security fee or hourly fee set by Maumelle Police Dept.
