Maumelle, Arkansas - The City of Maumelle is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated event, BlackOut on the Boulevard - a Solar Eclipse Festival! On April 8, 2024 an astronomical spectacle will grace Maumelle with a mesmerizing total eclipse lasting an incredible 3 minutes and 17 seconds. Anticipation is soaring as we prepare to welcome thousands of visitors from various countries, states, and communities to share in this extraordinary experience.
In collaboration with the Maumelle Chamber of Commerce, the City of Maumelle has organized a remarkable 4-day festival, showcasing an array of activities and attractions for both residents and guests. As we strive to provide an unforgettable celebration, BlackOut on the Boulevard will offer camping and prime viewing areas, catering to eclipse enthusiasts eager to witness this rare natural phenomenon.
The festival will include: live music at Lake Willastein, a family-friendly kiddie zone, bounce houses, food trucks, vendor booths, and more.
