1. Who do I call if I have water and / or sewer issues?

You will need to contact Central Arkansas Water at 372-5161

2. If I have billing questions who do I call?

City Hall handles all accounts receivable you can reach them at 851-2500.

3. I just moved to Maumelle, how do I get services started?

Water-Central Arkansas Water: 

To start a new service that has not had service previously, contact the New Service Section at Central Arkansas Water. An activation fee will appear on the first month's bill.

Visit Entergy to begin service.

Natural Gas Service- Centerpoint Energy

To start your new natural gas service, you will need 

• Centerpoint Energy account number (if existing customer)
• Move dates
• Payment method ready (for initial deposit if necessary)

Once accounts are set up, call Public Works at 851-2812 to set up delivery for your trash can and recycle bin if  one is not already at your residence.

4. Does the city of Maumelle have a mosquito control program?

Yes, we do. We spray every Thursday night during the summer months. Unfortunately, we can’t spray the entire city in one night. It takes us three weeks to spray the entire city only spraying on Thursday nights with weather permitting.
